This seminar is designed to help you become an expert in the delicate art of moderating, from how to develop and craft impactful discussion guides to eliciting profound responses.
In addition, you’ll discover how to navigate the subtleties of nonverbal communication and refine your questioning techniques to cut through the noise and reveal the core truth.
In this seminar we will equip you with the skills to:
- Translate your client’s decision-making needs into a qualitative research study
- Design discussion guides and moderate focus groups through a series of interactive workshops
- Ask questions that elicit the best quality responses and go beyond top-of-mind answers
- Manage vocal participants and draw out quieter participants, ensuring everyone’s perspectives are included
- Moderate a “live” focus group to apply and improve upon your new learnings
