Jane Thurston

I enjoy helping others understand how complex data can transform into targeted strategies to identify and engage distinct audiences for maximum impact.

With 30+ years of experience in marketing and marketing research, Jane Thurston brings a wealth of expertise across methodologies to the classroom. While she specializes in segmentation research, her deep industry knowledge also extends to new product development research, message testing, conjoint, discrete choice models, and combining qualitative and quantitative insights.  

Jane has worked with a broad spectrum of industries, but specializes in the fields of healthcare, pharmaceutical, and biopharmaceutical—across therapeutic areas. She has deep experience conducting research among physicians, patients, and nurses. 

Jane is an expert in segmentation, having conducted well over 50 studies in her career.
