Laura Taylor

Seminar Leader

My passion is developing Insights teams and capabilities that drive business growth. It’s about deeply understanding consumers and customers by using the right tools and translating those insights into action.

With 20+ years as a client-side researcher, Laura Taylor brings a fresh perspective in consumer insights and brand strategy to Burke Institute. As the newest team member, she leverages her favorite responsibilities from her time as a client-side insights leader —mentoring, teaching, and collaborating—in her role as Seminar Leader.  

Laura’s client-side colleagues refer to her as a trusted strategic partner. She is known for finding the right balance between instinct and rigor, and for translating insights into action.   

Prior to joining Burke Institute, Laura spent 20+ years at United Natural Foods, Dunkin’ Brands, Welch’s Foods, Liberty Mutual Insurance and P&G. Laura’s dynamic and agile approach has led to a successful career developing consumer and competitive insights capabilities that drive business growth. 

Laura brings a rich, strategic perspective to the Burke Institute from her dynamic client-side career. She frequently shares her tales from the trenches bringing the concepts to life.
